Baas is a Co-founder and CTO of Travancore Analytics. In this capacity Baas takes a lead role in conceptual and architecture design for enterprise solutions and industrial automation applications in addition to heading
the innovation lab at TA.

Baas started his career at the premier Indian Space Research Organization and was responsible for design and realization of real-time mission critical software of the Automated Launch Processing System and for Configurable Dynamic Simulation software to validate the Checkout System for Launch Vehicles. After a 7-year stint in Space Research, he moved on to successful stints in the private sector with assignments at Ernst & Young before co-founding TA in 2007.
